These terms cover the Paintaire website at paintaire.com and related contractor software, including Wooster Truck Inventory. By using the site or the app, you agree to them.

The website

Homeowners may request a painting quote. We pass that request to one vetted contractor. Painting contractors may use Paintaire to run estimates, proposals, schedules, and related job work under their own brand. Do not scrape, resell, or misuse the site.

Wooster Truck Inventory

Wooster Truck Inventory is a private mobile app for authorized painting-contractor staff. It lets those staff build draft orders of Wooster Brush products and submit them to QuickBooks Online as purchase orders. It is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store.

Connecting a QuickBooks company uses Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 flow. You must have authority to connect that company. Purchase orders created by the app are real records. Review them in QuickBooks before relying on them with vendors.

Acceptable use

Use only credentials issued to you. Do not attempt to access other companies’ data, extract tokens, or submit orders you are not authorized to place.

No warranty

The site and app are provided as-is. Catalog prices and item matches can be wrong. Confirm purchase orders in QuickBooks.
