A new perspective
A week riding through Maine and Nova Scotia gave me something I rarely make time for: space to think. The roads wound through four hundred years of history—churches falling apart, homes no longer relevant, and reminders that everything eventually reaches a point where it must change.
I began asking myself: Why am I still living in the past? What new roads am I building?
Riding with Gary, Dwain, and Kevin was more than a trip. It was friendship, perspective, and honest advice from people who have spent decades in the trenches. The best part was letting someone else lead.

A new direction
That statement changed the way I see the future. Moorhouse Coating is the painting company. Paintaire is the technology company focused on paint, coatings, and the systems that make painting more efficient, predictable, and scalable.
For years, I have been involved in every detail: paint chemistry, product selection, estimating, scheduling, production, people, and operations. That knowledge matters. The painting industry is complex, and the right system for selecting products, planning work, and executing projects is often the difference between a profitable job and a costly mistake.
But the business cannot depend on me making every decision. The next stage requires strong operators to lead the day-to-day work while I focus on vision, innovation, and the future.

A customer should be able to request painting support as easily as ordering any modern service. Behind that simple experience is a powerful system coordinating estimating, color and coating intelligence, scheduling, dispatch, project management, progress tracking, fulfillment, and communication.
The goal is not to replace local painting companies. It is to give them the technology, systems, and support required to compete at a higher level while preserving their local presence and relationships.
